SUNDAYS

What should you expect?

Sundays are a time for us to gather together and learn about God together. But when you’re new, it can be a bit scary walking into a new place. So, what should you expect?

We have someone who will welcome you as you enter the building and point out where everything is. And you don’t need to wear anything fancy - just come as you are.

At every meeting:

  • We sing some songs,

  • We talk to God by praying to Him,

  • We read the Bible,

  • Our pastor, Paul Gamston (or a guest speaker), will talk about what we’ve read to help us understand it.

We do our best to avoid jargon but if there's anything you find confusing, please do ask us!

During the meeting, participate as little or as much as you feel comfortable with - we’d like you to feel as welcomed and comfortable as much as possible. At the moment, we reserve the back few rows for young families to allow for more wiggle room and space to nip out if you need to.

What about after a meeting?

Stay to chat after the meeting if you’d like to. Grab a cuppa and get to know us with a biscuit or two!

MORNING GATHERINGS

10:30AM - 12:00PM

Sunday mornings are great for people who are beginning to explore Christianity and want to know more. We enjoy learning together about ourselves, our God and how we can be genuine followers of Jesus.

EVENING GATHERINGS

6:00PM - 7:30PM

Our Sunday evening meetings are similar to our morning meetings, but we generally dig a bit deeper into understanding the Bible.

The services are streamed to YouTube so they can be watched from home (find our channel here).

You can find previous talks here or a series of talks here.

What are we learning?

As a church family, we believe the Bible is God’s Word and that God’s Word is relevant throughout all seasons of life. So, on a Sunday, we always read a passage of the Bible together and often look at a book of the Bible as a series.

At the moment our pastor, Paul, is on a sabbatical until March. We have programmed a rota of guest speakers until this time, to bring God’s Word to us and help us understand it for ourselves.

What else do we do?

Whenever we run events or if we start any groups you can join during the week, we publish it here on our Facebook page. If you would like to keep up to date with our most up-and-coming news, like and follow our page.
